At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want to ensure your transformation is perfect, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate items are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing specifications.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return based on our policy guidelines.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the costume in its original packaging and ship it to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
